Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our short term rental properties meet our company's high standards of cleanliness and presentation before guest arrivals. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of short term rental properties after cleaning to ensure they meet company standards.
• Check for cleanliness, tidiness, and proper presentation of each property.
• Inspect amenities, appliances, and furnishings for functionality and appearance.
• Document and report any deficiencies or issues to the cleaning staff for immediate correction.
• Communicate effectively with the management team regarding inspection findings and property status.
• Maintain detailed records of inspection results and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in quality control, housekeeping, or property management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation to travel between rental properties.

Pay: $19.24 - $23.17 per hour
